• Work fewer but more focused hours on your highest ROI business activities
• Take care of your business’s number one asset (FYI that’s you!), and
• Have your business align with your life

Now obviously, that’s easier said than done, right?

You can’t just work less, only do deep work, take care of yourself, the business owner, and change your whole approach without carving out the time, putting in the effort, investing the money, doing a ton of research, reading all the books, and learning all-the-things before really knowing what you’re doing and why you’re doing it.

Just like how you became an expert in your field by being an awesome student at your craft, to unlock this next level you need to commit to being a great student. You’d have to study, test, and decide what works best for you. You’d have to analyze the results you get from all the different strategies, principles, and mental models you find. Then you’d have to comb through it and find the most effective blend of tools and processes that produce the least stress and headaches while yielding the most profits, freedom, and flexibility in your business.

You could totally do it on your own. It just may take 3-5 years of learning, studying, implementing, synthesizing, revising, and committing to this long arduous process. But not everyone wants to do it themselves or has the time to.
