Become the clearest, calmest, and most confident version of yourself—and live the life you’re truly called to lead.
In my mid-twenties, I had what most people chase: a growing real estate investment company, a portfolio of properties, and the pride of early success.
Life was unfolding exactly as I’d planned.
But no matter what new height I reached, it never left me feeling fully alive.
On the outside, I had “made it.”
On the inside, I was numb.
So I made a bold decision: I shut it all down.
The moment I walked away, I felt an immense relief.
But what followed was a grief I didn’t see coming—
a slow, brutal unraveling of identity.
I spiraled into debt.
Collectors called.
Phones were cut.
I borrowed from family, ashamed.
I felt invisible, untethered, and lost.
My escapes?
Espressos. Chocolate croissants.
Hot yoga classes where I’d cry quietly in the corner,
imagining I was somewhere far away.
Then one day in class, it happened.
Tears again—but this time from overwhelming joy.
I realized: who I am is not what I have.
Fulfillment isn’t out there.
It begins here—in being, not doing.
That moment cracked something open.
I began the real work: rebuilding from the inside out.
I studied transformation.
I got trained as a yoga teacher and an ontological coach.
I committed to growth, retreats, and reinvention.
People noticed. Friends and past colleagues started reaching out.
Some asked for guidance. Some paid for it.
And the impact we created together lit something in me I couldn’t ignore.
Since then, I’ve devoted my life to helping high achievers
end the war within,
unlock their gifts,
and live unapologetically aligned with what matters most.
I began my coaching practice in 2012 committed to helping clients align their lives and businesses with their purpose, gifts, and impact.
I’ve been in my clients’ corners supporting and guiding them as they left careers that no longer served them, taking their businesses from zero to multiple six figures, healing relationships, going from burnt-out workaholic to 3-day workweeks, and so much more.
My clients design and live great lives so that they can be the highest version of themselves for their families, businesses, communities, and causes.
It’s a unique privilege and honour that I get to do this work and that it’s been what allows me and my wife, Janet Parsons, to enjoy a beautiful life.
In the past twelve months, I’ve:
Of course, like every person on this planet these past two years, there have been countless challenges, pain teachers, and heaviness I’ve had to navigate. This is to share with you a little snapshot of what life’s like, what’s important to me, and what’s bringing me joy.
Live well. Love well. Serve others. Unapologetically go after your heart’s desires.
If you’re ready to live with clarity, conviction, and peace—
Let’s have a real conversation about what’s next.
