If this is the first time you're meeting Byron, he got his start the hard way learning how to sell in a variety of sink or swim environments - telemarketing, door to door, network marketing, cold calling, business to customer, business to business, direct marketing - it was a harsh start to his career but it taught him how to transform a complete stranger into a dear friend within minutes.
After discovering his talents could align with coaching and building relationships with clients, at age 23, he became a full-time life coach and eventually took over Lead Trainer responsibilities for a growing coaching company where he played a pivotal role in growing the business to seven figures.
Seven years later, Byron became disillusioned with the business' sales and marketing tactics - and found that many of them were manipulative and insincere. So he struck out on his own - forging his coaching and business skills together to help coaches grow to six and seven figures with deep consideration for their clients.
