Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable.

All private sessions, guidance calls, group coaching, and coaching packages are non-refundable once purchased.
If you miss a session:
it is not refundable
it may be rescheduled at our discretion depending on availability
Tickets are non-refundable.
Transfer requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time but are not refunded for partial months.
By participating in coaching, group programs, workshops, or guidance sessions, you understand:
Coaching is not therapy or medical treatment.
Coaching results are not guaranteed.
You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.
We do not provide crisis support.
We may remove anyone from a program for disrespectful or harmful behaviour without refund.
If your program includes:
group calls
community chats
private groups
workshops
…you agree to maintain confidentiality and respectful conduct.
Violation of community ethics may result in removal.
All content created by Oliver Manalese — including courses, activations, books, audio, videos, worksheets, frameworks, branding, copy, coaching methodologies, templates, and any derivative materials — is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not:
share your login
download and distribute content to others
publish or reproduce materials
use content to train others or build your own products
copy branding, language, or frameworks
Personal use only.
Commercial use requires written permission.
Digital product access is provided through:
Go High Level (GHL)
secure email links
private portals
embedded videos
We are not responsible for:

decisions you make
outcomes of coaching
emotional responses
business or financial results
injuries from yoga or movement
consequences of applying advice

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
Any disputes will be resolved through confidential negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration in Ontario.
