Life of a Real Estate Tech Entrepreneur | Andrew Brunner

Andrew Brunner (condomapper.ca) is an entrepreneur and real estate broker out of Toronto, Canada. Leading the charge in this real estate tech renaissance era, Andrew has carved a name for himself in the tech and startup space. Fueled by the evolving tech space, he has a very playful and explorative approach to business and life.
Growing up in a very poor neighbourhood riddled with crime and the son of immigrant parents, Andrew has been fueled by the idea of creating a better life for himself and the people around him. Graduating from York University with an Economics degree, he took a stab at the banking industry and realized his passion and skill set was more suited toward entrepreneurship - eventually leading him the real estate sector.
Licensed and brokering sales since 2005, Andrew now runs a modest real estate team at a start up brokerage Cloud Realty. After 10 years with one of the big brands he decided to move towards a more tech forward brokerage that attracted other tech entrepreneurs and eventually spawned a collaborative environment. As one of the 4 original brokers at Cloud, the office has grown to 100+ agents in less than 4 years and is now one of the fastest growing brokerages in Canada’s largest market.
Andrew just launched his Opus to the real estate industry condomapper.ca and is the Founder and CEO for Condo Mapper International Corp. When we sat down and for the interview it was mere months away from his exciting new platform launch, and you’ll got a feel what a day in the life of a true entrepreneur felt like.
