Iris (www.irisparadise.me) is an Orthomolecular Health Practitioner, Nutritionist and Certified Personal Trainer with a mission to empower others to live an extreme fulfilled and healthy life.

Over the past few years, Iris had the opportunity to work with hundreds of clients from adolescence, pregnant, high level athlete to everyday people like just like her. Her main purpose is to teach her clients how to move , nourish and shift their mindset.

What truly inspired Iris to take a deep dive into the biomechanics and chemistry is that she was not always confident. She went to a self-defense class and felt completely defeated which carried on in her first relationship by trying to help with disordered eating to only receive a hard push back.

This truly inspired her to go back to school with a purpose to learn everything about the bio mechanics of the body, gene expression and mind-set, to propel as many clients forward in their health journey as possible.

Along, the way, she learned that there are 4 pillars of health in life which consist of

Sleep, Movement, Stress and Nutrition. They all work synergistically together.

That being said whether you came in with the goal is to optimize health, lose weight , compete on stage or increase self-confidence. Iris is there to support in every step of the way. She is passionate in seeing the lives and bodies of her clients transform as they reach their goals.

What is her purpose?

Simple, she wants to help empower others to live a healthier, pain-free and full-filled life with exceeding purpose, laughter and drive.
